(Al-Fath'h) 48 : 8
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا
Indeed, We have sent you as a witness, Herald of Glad Tidings, and as a warner.
All 313 Messengers were deputed to witness the life of Adhikr—the Witness—among mankind, and to inform glad tidings to the believers who testify Adhikr, and to warn the Fujjar—the Kuffar—who made their food rejecting Adhikr as explained in verse 7: 26. See explanation 33: 45; 38: 86; and 39: 19.
